What are Life groups?

Life Groups are the small group ministry of CFA.

Life Groups' main goal is to connect people to people through the building of relationships and through fellowship as each group grows together. This connection will be between people in the church, but most importantly it will be between people in the church and the community. Life Groups are an exciting, relevant and effective ministry of CFA.

Why Life Groups?

• First, to reach the lost. Many people are less intimidated by the casual setting of a small group meeting in a home thus they are more likely to attend and build relationships with those in the church family.
  
• Second, Life Groups are to build relationships and accountability. These are two of the most needed aspects in any church today and Life Groups accomplish this in a comfortable friendly way.
  
• Third, Life Groups are a great tool of discipleship as we learn the word of God in a relaxed discussion format where everyone's opinion matters.
  
• Fourth, Life Groups raise up leaders. Through the connections inside a small group, leaders are called, developed, trained, and encouraged to become a part of the leadership team of CFA.
